- 1/2 English cucumber (sliced very thin)
- 3 carrots (peeled and julienned)
- 4 radishes (large, sliced very thin)
- 1 jalapeño (seeded and sliced very thin)
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
