- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar (packed)
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 lb. boneless pork shoulder (cut into cubes)
- 2 cups bbq sauce (we use our homemade BBQ sauce but you can use your fave sauce)
- 1 bag tortilla chips (we love Juanitas brand tortilla chips!)
- 6 oz. sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onion (finely)
- 1 Tbsp. green onions (finely chopped)
- 6 oz. jalapeños (diced, optional)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or Daiya dairy-free shredded "cheese", optional)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (OR chopped parsley, optional)
