  • pulled pork (1 cup of slow cooker, a.k.a. carnitas)
  • 1 cup pinto beans (or cooked black, get my homemade recipe here)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I like pepper jack or sharp cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup organic tomato (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup onion (finely diced raw)
  • 1/2 avocado (peeled and diced)
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro (organic, finely chopped)
  • sour cream (Dollop of)
  • 1/2 lime
  • sea salt (to taste, I recommend Pink Himalayan, Celtic or Utah sourced salt)
  • granulated garlic (to taste)
  • hot sauce (to taste)
  • tomatillo salsa (Roasted, or your favorite salsa, to taste)
