Made this recipe and used three leeks but did not use greek yogurt or sweet onion. We eat it with french bread. I sauteed the leeks in butter and added flour to them at the end before adding the chicken broth. Delicious nourishing basic food!

Too tangy and just seemed to lack a nice flavor. Edible but I wouldnt make it again.

I used chicken broth, and milk instead of veggie broth and yogurt. Also used red potatoes. All of this because it is what I had on hand. It turned out absolutely delicious, and I will try it next time with all of the right ingredients and compare the two. Thanks!
