Roast came out very juicy, tender and tasty. Onion soup completed roast in the slow cooker. Will definitely make again, my husband really loved this recipe. Great outcome satisfied customers!!

This recipe requires more than just dunping ingredients into a crock pot. You have to pre-cook all the ingredients first. It was very delicious though and I would make it again.
