I would use less rosemary time but that's probably just my tastes. Overall really good recipe!

Wonderful! The best crockpot pot roast I have made by far! Will definitely be my new go to! I followed recipe but I cooked it on high for 6-7 hours in a Kitchenaide crockpot as the high for this brand is more like a low. Yum!

Added jalapenos with 1 hour left in cook time and wow.... Nice amount of spice added

It was so tasty with the garlic and spices. The meat turned out tender and juicy, the vegetables were quite done because I sliced them too small. Also, I preheated the crockpot on high then put it on low after 10 minutes and it was done in 4-5 hours. It was still perfect!! We will definitely use this recipe again.

Okay but it took much longer for vegetables to cook even on high in slow cooker I was however good
