I did add a little broth to the bottom of the slow cooker, and a few parts of butter to the top. This turned out moist and yummy. I’m looking forward to making this again

Pork Roast can be so hit and miss in pur house. This had good flavor though and went over pretty well with the kids. We didnt have carrots but subbed some zucchini. Mine came out pretty moist and lots of liquid to drizzle over it as it finished cooking.

Recipe is missing any liquid - I added two cups of chicken broth and it still came out super dry. The proportions the recipe called for are also out of whack. Not impressed.

Fantastic! I tend to not cook recipes twice in a row, but this is a great method for roasting pork! I added a couple cloves of garlic for added perfection and serve it with whatever veggies are needing to be eaten in the fridge. Sometimes simple is best.

The meat was very good, but the apples were complete mush (which was fine because I expected that). Recipe calls for no water added, but I think it needs water to keep the roast moist.
