This was DELICIOUS! Made exactly as the recipe stated. Even my 8-year-old gave it two thumbs up. We all liked to be able to top it ourselves to our tastes. I prepped it the night before, and just plugged it in this morning. Made a great quick and nutritious meal before football practice!

This recipe is packed full of flavor and the pork is deliciously tender. The noodles, green onions, cilantro, and carrots were perfect toppings. We served apples on the side, which was a nice cleansing of the palate every once in a while.
