    This turnout amazing every single time! I generally sub chicken for the beef broth/stock tho and I prefer to separately roast the veggies. I made this for my sisters family (two of them are the pickiest eating little boys I know) and everything was devoured! Even the boys went back for seconds. Best compliment came from my Sis': "This fed my body AND my soul." This ones a winner every time!
