I absolutely love this dish. I made it for the first time a couple weeks ago and am going for it again. As I live in a 2 person household, I half the recipe but everything comes out perfect. I’m normally not a pork chop fan but these are absolutely yummy.
I changed up the seasoning just bc I wanted mine a little spicy this time so I added chili. Also, in my crock pot there is no “low” or “high” setting, it’s just numbers 1-4, I keep it on 2 for the chops and they’re done within 5 hours, tender as ever.
