    Great didn’t change anything! I am not a pork chop lover but this had changed my mind. Was fork tender with very savory (but not oily) taste with a mix of interesting but simple flavors.

    I used fresh celery fine chopped and used fresh apple chopped into quarter inch (5mm) pecies. This is a really nice dish and I serve it at my lunch bar as a special.
