I am sorry but this was way too much wine & I only added 3/4 of the bottle. I thickened the liquid after separating the vegetables & wish I hadn't added any of it back to the pot. I am going to try to drain the gravy, add more beef stock with some tomato paste & see if I can salvage it.

Simple and delicious. Fell off the bone, melted in our mouths. We kept the left over sauce and roasted pork with it the next night.

MmmmMmmmMmmm Good! Not only was the dish delicious, but the aus jus created was the delicious base for another slow cooker beef dish. I can’t recommend this recipe enough!
