Followed recipe except for the white wine. used 2T white wine vinegar instead. Turned out just ok. nothing to write home about. added 1/2t ground ginger and more soy sauce to try get some flavors going. might make again, but probably not.

Dish came out great! I added some crushed pepper in it; which gave it a pop!
