I really liked this chicken. I used whatever soy sauce I had on hand and creamy peanut butter. I cooked it about four hours on low and then it was done. Will def make again.

If you love peanut butter, you will love this recipe. I used 4 large chicken breasts and cut them into halves since they were so large. Used the ingredients exactly as listed but would use only 1/2 as much red pepper next time. Cooked on High for 1 hour, stirred are reduced heat to Low. Cooked 3-3 1/2 hours total. This is delicious!! Enough sauce for rice and a very tasty recipe.
