Flavor was really good and it was very hearty. What I did not do, and what I know better, is to always cook and keep the pasta separate as it will suck up every ounce of broth.

Absolutely lovely soup. The whole family loved it. Hearty and warming, perfect for a cold winter night. Made as-is. Garnished with grated parmesan, made grilled cheese to accompany, but not really necessary as it's so filling.

It was great!!!! This is going to be a must do for us not weekly but definitely ever two weeks, ESPECIALLY with the cold weather coming.

This was GREAT! Made it for a family with a family member hospitalized, and kept some for us. I didn't have white beans, so I used two cans of kidney. No celery, no big deal. I did it on high, and the carrots were a little too crunchy, I may saute them a bit next time to soften. If done on low, I have a feeling they would be fine, but time was a factor.
I wanted some greens and had dandelion greens on hand from another recipe, and it was great! Definitely adding to our recipe collection! Delicious with some crusty sourdough dipped in.

This soup came out great!! Very tasty and filling and so easy to make. One of my new favorite recipes.
