Will definately make this again. But I used a roast rather than a loin. Worked out very tasty.

Found that 5 hours is too long. Meat was overcooked almost to the point of dry. Boneless pork loin roast used so maybe I should have known better. Taste not bad. Wife will complain but it’s ok.

No just no! It smelled wonderful cooking but the taste is like yuck!!
I’m trying to figure out how to salvage the roast without the dogs getting five pounds of pork!

This is great recipe and taste just as good as leftovers. I definitely recommend this recipe anytime of year.
