The flavor was good, but the rice turns into a goopy mess. Would not make with the rice again.

Delicious and easy to make! I used about another 3/4 to cup of liquid because I used brown rice. I added a bag of mixed vegetables as well. And because of the scheduling of the day, I cooked on low for 10 hours. It all worked tremendously!

How the kids like it (you guys really need a “private notes” section)
Follow recipe except:
*use a double batch of homemade cream of onion soup
*use homemade onion beef mix
*mix in one 16 oz frozen package of mixed veggies the last 30 minutes
*they like it meatier…use 36 oz of chicken or so
