It turned out absolutely delish. I browned the oxtail in a skillet before. The flavors were amazing together

Added chopped fresh tomatoes (2) and a small can of tomato sauce instead of the ketchup. Browned the oxtail and onion before cooking and drained off excess fat. Delicious.
