This was awesome, but I did some modifications to use what I had on hand
and since I was feeding 6.
1. Red potatoes for Russet
2.Spinach for Kale
3. Evaporated milk for heavy whipping cream
4. Added some red onion
5. 1tbls of Italian seasoning
