We took this to a neighborhood happy hour and people loved. I doubled the recipe, worried that 7 servings wouldn't be enough for the group. However I think the original recipe amount would've been fine since the dip is pretty rich, with all of the cheese. I used toasted garlic bagel chips and baguette pieces for dipping and both were great. I would definitely make this again.
