- 2 carrots (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger (piece of, peeled)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. orange zest ((zest of one orange))
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup milk (warm)
- 0.25 oz. dry active yeast ((1 packet))
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup greek yogurt (I used nonfat)
- 2 Tbsp. oil (I used extra virgin olive oil)
