2 tablespoons ranch seasoning,
2 ½-3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken (tenders, breasts, thighs),
1 (16-ounce) jar shredded pepperoncini peppers (reserve 1 cup of liquid),
4 cloves garlic minced,
1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional),
