- 1 zucchini (small, diced)
- 1/2 cup elbow pasta (dried whole wheat, can use gluten-free pasta)

we didn't have much time so we replaced the slow cooker by a pressure cooker, did the beans first and then the rest of the recipe. Great results, delicious.

Wonderful. I used a combo of zucchini and yellow squash. Used 16oz frozen green beans. Doubled the spices including garlic.

Super tasty! I did add chicken Italian sausage and a great deal more tomatoes and liquid--used pasta water from the ditalini pasta. Yum!
