- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika (or mild)
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 3 lb. beef stew meat (lean, don't worry if it's slightly less or slightly more)
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 bunches spring onions (green, finely sliced, you'll use one bunch at the very end.)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 2 chipotle in adobo (peppers, finely minced and 1 tablespoon of the adobo sauce.)
- 1 jalapeno (medium, seeded and finely chopped)
