Very yummy! I used a combo of meat (1 lb ground turkey, 1 lb ground beef, 1 lb turkey sausage, & 1 tube chorizo) and tripled the recipe (had a lot of tomatoes I needed to use!)
Other than using various types of meat, the only other thing I changed was after it was done cooking, I removed the meatballs & used an immersion blender to smooth out the sauce. I added back the meatballs once smooth and let simmer for another 30 min. It was great, all the kids loved it. Some ate it as is, others threw it on a hoagie & had a meatball sub. Very yummy, will for sure do again!
