was way too sweet, bbq is suppose to be savoury. luckily Im a flavoroligist and substituted spicy brown mustard for the dijon. additionally wound up also adding more vinegar to neutralize the sugary taste and doubled up on the spices minus the syrup. used 3 large breast instead of 1 came out good after all the tweeking. wont use this recipes again.
