- 4 cups noodles (uncooked macaroni)
- 16 oz. queso blanco cheese (half the container Velveeta, cut into pieces)
- 3 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
- 4 oz. butter (cut into pieces)
- 2 3/4 cups milk
- 1 lb. white fish (firm, I used tilapia)
- 1 cup flour (lightly seasoned with salt and any other seasonings you like)
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 eggs (beaten and in a shallow pan, I used a pie plate)
- chocolate bars (your choice cut into chunks)
- graham crackers
- large marshmallows
