- 14 oz. lite coconut milk (I used Kroger brand Lite Coconut Milk)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1 cup carrots (sliced)
- 1 1/4 lb. chicken breast (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1/2 cup veggies (no salt added veggie)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped into slices)

- 1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
- 2 lb. cauliflower (pearls)
- 5/16 cup vegetable broth (veggie, no salt added)
- 4 cups purple cabbage (shredded, optional)
