I have made this using London Broil for the last three years and it always comes out tender and with so much rich gravy that I always have a lot of it to use again I saw a review where someone said hers was dry and someone told her to use a meat with more fat, actually I do not like the fatty meat, I cook the 3 or 4 pound meat in a crockpot for8 to 10 hours on low in a six quart crockpot, never had it turn out stringy or dry and I have been cooking a very long time. Love the recipe!!!
