The soup was very good but could be even better. Next time i will add some carrots and celery, i may even throw in a smoked ham hock, just for the smokiness. Definitely worth the time it took.

Very good flavor, all my picky eaters got seconds and thirds. Hardly any leftovers even though it was only four of us eating

Very easy and tasty. My family likes a little spice so next time I may add some cayenne to the potatoes.

Turned out great! My modifications were home made broth and added corn and some fresh parsley. Will share this recipe and make again.

The soup turned out great! The only thing I would recommend is adding a few more spices to the soup.
