It was good, but in the future I would up the amount of rub and lemon juice cause needs more flavor. I threw some baby carrots in and those came out well. Chicken was a little dry but I think that was my fault. My slow cooker runs hot and i cooked it toward the max amount.

I enjoyed it. Next time Im going to add more rub on chicken. i doubled the recipe for my family and added carrots and broccoli to crockpot.
