Flavor is good. Only problem is the link doesn't go to the recipe and the site doesn't have a search function so no cooking instructions. Is it a dump and forget? Should we sear the meat (yes of course we should)?
Coated the meat in half the cornstarch and seared. I then cut it up and put it in the crockpot. I also caramelized some onion and added garlic instead of garlic powder. Deglazed and then poured that and the liquid into the pot with the meat and cooked it. Once it was done (6 hours or so) I poured the liquid into a pan and used the rest of the cornstarch to make a slurry.
