It was super easy to make! And all the people in my house hold loved it, considering there is 9 people in my house it was a shocker everyone of them liked it. The meat was tender and flavorful, the taste exploded in your mouth.

Great flavor! We have made this multiple times and the kids love it! We have made it with pork ribs and comes out very very tender!

The positive side is this recipe is very simple to make. Unfortunately my husband and myself were disappointed with the taste. I was surprised with all the rave reviews.

Beef was very tender and flavorful. Plan on making it again. We did not use Siracha but a couple drops of hot sauce.

This was a hit at our house. I cooked the meat on high for 3 hours and do agree with people when they say it was too long especially with the extra high 30 min at the end. I accidentally did 1 tablespoon of Siracha instead of a teaspoon but the spice cooked out. We will be making this again

Tasted awesome and the meat was super tender

I think this would be better with gochujang rather than siracha. Felt like it had cooked way too long, but I also used rump roast due to lack of food in grocery stores.

This was very good. Based on comments, I doubled the cornstarch and the sauce was very thick. It definitely needed an extra hour in the slow cooker to help make the meat more tender

I don’t understand all of these five star reviews. It’s seriously lacking in flavour and it doesn’t thicken in the last half hour on high with cornstarch as described. Even the aroma at the end is offputting. The only positive thing I can say is that it is very tender. I think I’m going to have to start looking at the one star reviews to see what people have to say, as these people clearly know what good food tastes like.

Delicious!!! A nice option for your chuck roast. Served it with rice and broccoli. Made extra to bring for lunches.

This was delicious! Based on other reviews I was a little heavy handed with all the spices. I switched out the soy sauce for Coconut aminos for lower the sodium. After cooking, I took the meat out and shredded it, put the juices in a pan to make the sauce vs leaving it in the crockpot and then mixed the sauce with the shredded meat. The shredded meat picked up the flavors of the sauce and made the meat very tender and delicious! All in all a complete win! Really took a cheap piece of meat and turned it into something special with very little active prep time! Served it with steamed broccoli. This is will definitely be part of our regular dinner routine!

It was okay. The flavor of the sauce was good, but I just found the meat okay, but that may have just been time. I’d make the sauce again, but I’d use it with chicken.

Very tender. No changes. Sauce didn’t thicken. Maybe more corn starch.

Made this last night, well sorta.... I premade it and put it in a freezer bag for a night I needed a quick dinner. Worked out great! Very tasty and couldn't tell it was in the freezer. definitely will be making again. I also added some steamed broccoli.

Not only is this recipe easy, it was delicious! I was able to switch rice vinegar for apple cider vinegar and I learned how easy it is to peel ginger. My family loved this recipe and I have some picky eaters. I will recommend this recipe to my friends.

Beef was soft, delicious and tasty. I seared the beef first with a little seasoning for extra flavour and added fresh chilli and onions to the recipe. Lovely! Will make again.
