It was okay. The flavor of the sauce was good, but I just found the meat okay, but that may have just been time. I’d make the sauce again, but I’d use it with chicken.

Very tender. No changes. Sauce didn’t thicken. Maybe more corn starch.

Made this last night, well sorta.... I premade it and put it in a freezer bag for a night I needed a quick dinner. Worked out great! Very tasty and couldn't tell it was in the freezer. definitely will be making again. I also added some steamed broccoli.

Not only is this recipe easy, it was delicious! I was able to switch rice vinegar for apple cider vinegar and I learned how easy it is to peel ginger. My family loved this recipe and I have some picky eaters. I will recommend this recipe to my friends.

This was delicious and super easy to make. Used stew beef so already cut up.

Turned out great! I'd make it again.

Beef was soft, delicious and tasty. I seared the beef first with a little seasoning for extra flavour and added fresh chilli and onions to the recipe. Lovely! Will make again.

to me the flavors didn't compliment one another. just was one indistinguishable note. all these great ingredients but once they got cooked down together it was just a bland mess. I much prefer Korean style BBQ.

A little sweet and salty but overall I would make it again, I would double the ginger and Gochujang.

This was absolutly amazing. I substituted black pepper for white pepper and I used ground ginger instead of fresh ginger. it still tasted fine to me! I also used about a half a cup of packed brown sugar and more beef broth and just had to use a little extra cornstarch at the end to thicken it up.

Phenomenal! We don't eat much beef, but this is worth the exception.

delicious! I was out of brown sugar so I used coconut sugar. It worked, but I'd stick to brown sugar next time and a bit less

DELICIOUS!!! Make sure to make lots of rice to soak up the sauce. I used chuck roast that was cubed already and about an hour before the meat was done I pulled it out and sliced it. It fell apart easily and soaked a lot more sauce in the last hour.

It turned out great, I substitute gochujang for sriracha, tripled the amount, still not hot enough but very tasty, my kids ate well

Okay but my husband thought it a tad bland; probably won’t make again.

I liked the flavor even though it didn't taste "Korean". The sauce is too runny though and the meat didn't get tender enough, though that's probably my fault.

I added a little extra corn starch to help thicken the sauce. I also left out the siracha and let my boys flavor to taste. They felt it was a little flavorless, but extra white pepper and other spices gave it the kick they were looking for. Easy to prepare, but I think this one may be a one try and done recipe.

Very good! We had it over rice.
