I cooked the chicken in an instant pot with garlic, pepper, Cajun spice, Frank’s hot sauce, and chicken broth. Then shredded it and let it sit in the juice until I was ready to make the mixture. I also used corn tortillas instead of chips. It made a great crust. I would definitely make this again.
