My family loved this! I doubled all of the spices (I kept the other ingredients as they were listed) because I felt it would be more flavorful. Each family member added their own toppings after it was dished up. I added diced jalapeno peppers, a dollop of sour cream and some Cholula hot sauce to mine and it was delicious! It was great reheated the next day for leftovers. It was a great low carb meal that was filling and tasted great! Will definitely make this again!

Super simple, family loved it. Left out cream cheese and added Greek yogurt instead.
