- 15 oz. black beans
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup marinade (mild jamaican jerk)
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 3 freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- shredded cheddar cheese (to top)
- avocado (Sliced, to top)

Good but HOT and I didn’t even use habanero, I used a jalapeño. Typically I’m a fire mouth but this was a little too much heat for me. Cooled with toppings (aka plain yogurt)
