I did not have 100% of the ingredients but it turned out really great. I used all fresh herbs and vegetables and trimmed all the fat off the lamb shoulder. I ended up adding hard cider because I thought it Did not have enough liquid so i added a tall can o hard cider but as it turned out I don't think I had to do that at all. I'm going to try this again and just put in the half of cup of broth or beer.
