Flavor was good but timing was off. Over done and dry. May have been my cooker too.

Added red pepper flakes to pork seasoning. Shredded the pork when done and mixed with sautéed peppers, onions and broccoli. Added quinoa and brown rice cooked with vegetable stock to pork and veggies. Turned out delicious.

Mine didn't come out tender and appetizing like in the picture. They were a bit on the dry side and pasty looking so I finished them up on the stovetop to give them a little color. The taste was ok but I wouldn't make them again.
