Sky high sodium content -- low sodium beef broth but sky high soy sauce and hoisin sauce. If you purchase the meatballs then they will also have sodium added. Use low-sodium soy sauce and reduce the quantity of hoisin. Theoretically someone is using turkey as a more healthy choice than beef but then adding all the sodium-enriched sauce negates the whole idea.
