great idea for collard greens! i omitted the meat in the casserole and made air-fried chicken nuggets on the side. served with avocado and sour cream. yummm

My kids really enjoyed it. My favorite part was being able to add the greens and nobody complained. I had to add more flavor to ours as we thought the original recipe was a touch bland.
