Tasty one-pot meal. I doubled the amount of vegetables, increased the stock. Used tapioca flour to thicken, and added some almond meal to soak up some of the fluid (I didn’t use Melba toast).

This was a great dish. The only thing I would change is I would add more vegetables as I felt the ratio of meat to vegetables was too high. I think some peas would also be good in this recipe and maybe some small potatoes.
