Not sure about this one, 7 cups of potatoes seemed like too much, so halved it to 3 ½ cups, but still needed 5 cups of liquid. Used real chicken broth and cream instead of milk and added some extra seasoning like garlic plus, seasoning salt, and white pepper. Still seemed like something was missing, so want to try adding shredded cheese to the massive amount of leftovers
Update: for the leftovers, I let warm in the crockpot all day, added leftover corn, a heaping tablespoon of ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheddar cheese - much better this time around.
