It was ok. The crockpot always breaks down gravy too much and makes it watery. If I were to make it again I would not add gravy until the end. And drain most of the liquid off first. Because it is so low In carbs we chose to add some noodles. I can’t even imagine trying to eat this in a lettuce wrap.
