Easy to make and delicious. I made mine extra lemony and with extra egg. The only down side is the strong smell of onions 🤣

Soup came out great! Great flavors. I would recommend putting the rice in with an hour and a half left because mine was still a little under cooked adding it in with only an hour of cook time.

I used brown rice instead of white and out it in there from the beginning but at the end it still wasn’t thoroughly cooked... soup was great but don’t use brown rice I guess will try again with whit rice !
