- 1 egg (60 g, weighed out of shell, at room temperature)
- 3 cups milk (not nonfat, at room temperature)
- 1 lb. gluten free elbow macaroni (dried, I use Barilla gluten free pasta)
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Disaster. WAY TOO SWEET. More like a noodle kugel but with uncooked noodles on the top. I really really wanted this to be good...unfortunately it was an epic fail and I had to heat leftovers from the freezer for dinner 😔
