This was super easy and really good! I threw in some celery chunks and extra onions since we like them. If time, definitely cook the full six hours on low as the meat comes out really tender. I did have to thicken the gravy a bit but that’s easy, too. Great for a busy day if you put it on in the morning. Enjoy!
