I didn't have sirachi sauce, so I used some canned adobe chilis - might've overdone it a little, mouth still burning 🥵, but my husband loved it! I didn't decide to make this until late in the day, so I made it with chicken thighs on the stove, used sesame oil, and it was still really good, imagine it would have even better flavor cooking in the slow cooker for hours. I will definitely make again.

Didn’t look quite like the picture but it was good plus I had to add extra ingredients since I used more chicken.
