- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (optional honey or maple syrup)

- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

worked well,was surprised looked awful after the 2 hours cooking time but once cookedand whipped was great

Not sure how it is going to turn out. I have never used coconut milk in a can so I did not know to dump and mix it. It separates and is really thick on the bottom. Unfortunately, I had already finished putting the recipe together. Didn't find out that it needed to be mixed until I emptied the can into a container to refrigerate.. Probably won't turn out..
