It didn't turn out as I expected. It kind of became one jumble of melted stuff. Which I probably should have expected given that it's a crock pot recipe. I think I was expecting something a lot more like traditional enchiladas.

Great, quick and easy crockpot dinner! I prepared in the morning and then when I got home from work I put crockpot on for two hours and we had a delicious Mexican dinner! Great crockpot meal, full of flavor! We loved this meal and I will make again!
