Turned out great! I did make a few additions: I added garlic & herbes de provence to the mozza/cottage cheese mixture, as well as a layer of wilted spinach. I also cooked it on low instead of high for 5 hours total. I'm thoroughly impressed with how well this holds its shape when scooped out of the pot! Flavors come out great.
